To report a phishing email, click on the Phish Alert button in the email.聽 Look for the little red fish hook over the envelope icon.
The Phish Alert button may be located in slightly different locations depending on the version of Outlook you are running, but it will generally be along the top row of options in the email or in the More Options (3-dots) drop down menu (shown here.)聽聽
..at the bottom of the drop down.聽 Since KnowBe4 is a third-party resource and not a Microsoft product, the button for it will tend to be "after" other Microsoft buttons.
