If you are troubleshooting your wifi connection, a common "turn it off and on again" step is to forget the network and rejoin.
If the steps below don't get you connected, and you need to Enter a HelpDesk Request (see right), we have a guide for providing the most helpful information to get our support for your request off to a quick start.
For Android
- Go to Settings.
- Select Wi-Fi.
- Hold your finger on hndrxstdnt聽(or other network you are connected to) for roughly three seconds.
- Click Forget network.
For Mac
- Select the WiFi symbol along the top menu bar.
- Click on Open Network Preferences at the bottom of the drop down menu.
- Click on Wi-Fi in the menu on the left.
- (If needed) Click the lock in the bottom left corner and put in your username and password if prompted.
- Click Advanced in the bottom right of the pop-up window.
- Select hndrxstdnt, and click the minus sign.
- Click OK.

Windows 7
- Open the Start Menu.
- Search for Manage Wireless Networks.
- Right Click hndrxstdnt.
- Click Remove Network.
- In the Manage Wireless Networks dialog box, click OK.
Windows 8
- Open the Wireless Menu by selecting the logo in the right hand corner.
- Right click on hndrxstdnt.
- Click on Forget this network.
Windows 10
- Click the聽Network聽icon on the lower right corner of your screen.
- 颁濒颈肠办听Network听蝉别迟迟颈苍驳蝉.
- Click Manage Wi-Fi settings.
- Under Manage known networks, click the聽network聽you want to delete.
- 颁濒颈肠办听Forget. The聽wireless network聽profile is deleted.

- Open the Wi-Fi tab.
- Press the blue 鈥i鈥 with a circle around it next to hndrxstdnt.
- Press 鈥Forget The Network鈥.
- Press 鈥Forget鈥.
