Rhonda Brooks brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications across a range of industries, including nonprofits and healthcare. At ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ, she leads campus-wide marketing and communications efforts to support community engagement, recruitment, retention, and advancement. She works closely with departments across campus to align messaging, manage the College’s web presence, oversee media relations, and coordinate internal and external communications. Rhonda is the point of contact for anyone needing help with marketing strategy, content development, web updates, or public relations support.

Julie brings more than 20 years of experience at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ to her role on the Communications team. As Communication Specialist, she focuses on short-form video content, social media strategy and support, and serves as a liaison to the Office of Advancement—helping coordinate communications for key projects and fundraising initiatives like ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Day of Giving, while also supporting alumni and family programming on campus. With a deep understanding of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ culture, a collaborative spirit, and a results-driven mindset, Julie is always ready to support the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ community in any way she can. Courtney brings a dynamic background in strategic communications, design, and project management to her role as Communications Director at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ. With over a decade of experience across higher education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors, Courtney has led initiatives in marketing, public relations, content creation, and digital and print publication design. She is also deeply involved in community service, serving in leadership roles for various civic and tourism organizations. She is excited to help share the story of all the wonderful things happening at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ with the Central Arkansas community and beyond.
