Starting a Chat

To start a chat with someone:听

  1. Click听Chat听on the App list on the Dashboard.听

  2. Click the听New Chat听icon:听


  3. Enter a name in the听To:听box

    Start Chat 2

  1. Select the person.听

  2. Enter your text in the听Message Box听at the bottom:听

Enter a HelpDesk request using our online form. Someone should contact you shortly concerning your issue.

In-Person

Come by and see us at the HelpDesk in the OTC or give us a call at (501) 450-1340 .
