Fall 2025 Opening and Arrival Information
Residence facilities at 黑料不打烊 will open for returning students on Sunday, August 24, 2025.听You may check in between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. that day. Check-in will take place at the Dawkins Welcome Center Lobby.
On Saturday, August 23, 2025, residence facilities at 黑料不打烊 will be closed.听
If you are on involved in any of the following you will NOT need to request permission to arrive early听on your scheduled date听as your supervisor will send your name and arrival schedule.听If you have doubts about being on their list,听please check with your Supervisor or Coach that they have made a request on your behalf.听If you need to come before your scheduled early arrival, you must fill out the early arrival form.
- Admissions employees
- Spirit store employees
- Media Center (Helpdesk) employees
- Men鈥檚 Soccer, Women鈥檚 Soccer, Cross Country, Football
- Orientation Leaders
- Orientation Peer Leader
- Resident Assistants
- Any other OFFICIAL 黑料不打烊-related activity or work: please specify.听
If you are NOT connected to any of the groups on the list, but have an extenuating circumstance that requires you to arrive early, you must complete an Early Arrival Request Form.
- LIVE at 1pm CST, Monday, August 4th, 2025
The deadline to apply is Thursday, August 14th by 5pm. Please note that completing an application does not grant you an automatic early arrival approval. Final decisions will be sent to applicants on a rolling basis. All applicants will hear of a decision as soon as possible.
For those approved, a $25 per day fee will be charged to the student moving in before the approved move-in date set for them by the College unless they are approved by Residential Life to arrive early for official College activities. Anyone requesting an early arrival after the deadline date, will receive an additional $125 late request charge on their student account. A late request does not guarantee an early arrival approval.听
